Weather : Extremely hot
Place : Skytrek
On Labour day, me and bunch of friends went to a place call Skytrek which located nearby Shah Alam. So, go there for what since its a wonderful public holiday. Hehe..
We went there for some obstacles thingy, which also means we have to play those high rope and flying fox!
At first I really don't want to go because I am EXTREMELY afraid of height but since D is going so I am joining too =)
We started our journey kinda late which around 1pm.
The smart LQ always gave the direction last minute and it made us had to make a big U-turn on the highway because we missed the turning.
Somehow we still make it for the place and that place is so cool!
I don't even know there is a place like this located in KL or I should say Selangor.
I got to know that the ' Four Season House' thingy is located here as well.
So, at first we had to get our safety equipment done.
Then we went through a so called tutorial which is a more simple obstacles to let us familiarize which our equipment.
The instructor will demo how to complete the obstacles by using the equipment.
I tell you, the tutorial set is just 5m height if not mistaken and I already scared like hell.
I have to walk on the stairs that hang within 2 trees, then swing myself like a Tarzan to the monkey net, then flying fox.
I am really scared. Friends kept shouting ' weiqi weiqi you can do it. Don't look down.'
Phew, finally I was done with the tutorial and my legs already shaken.
Deng deng deng deng.
After the tutorial, then we went for the exact obstacles.
I tell you I almost faint when I saw it.
Shit it is 17m height. 17m!!!!
The first task already killing me. We had to climb the stairs. Not those normal stairs ok, it was those stairs that made by pvc tube and rope. We had to climb this bloody 17m stairs to the platform.
Then there are around 33 station more to complete the whole thing.
I was like WTH!
The best part is during one flying fox, due to my stupidness of fixing the equipment wrongly, I stuck in the middle of the flying fox.
MIDDLE OF THE FLYING FOX
I damn scared. I can't move forward or either backward. I just stuck there.
I cried cause I damn scared. Imagine you put a person who afraid of height in the middle of the rope and just hang her with 3 safety equipment, and there's nothing below her! Okay maybe just trees and trees and tress.
I dare not to look down when I was there. Shit man.
Luckily the so called 'superman' come to save me with his extremely fast speed.
He is so fast! He climbed the stairs with less than 10 seconds I guess, which I used almost 5 minutes to climb it. Then he fly (flying-fox) all the way to my place and save me!
Thanks abang! Although I stepped on his foot and he complained it is painful. hehe..
Okay.. there are lots of things happen that day.
Although very tired and challenging, but it was fun!
Playing around with this bunch of friends was really fun and they are so encouraging.
I almost give up when I was in the beginning of the obstacles because I am so afraid and I think I can't do it.
They keep encourage and support me all the way, believe that I can complete.
It was challenging for a person like me but I did it! I can't believe I played flying fox more than 7 times in a day and walking on those obstacles on 17m height.
Hehe.. Thanks D that always support me and wait for me up there.
I know I walked like a snail cause being too afraid but you still wait for me at those platforms.
Muacks!
I think I won't pay and go for it once again. Once is enough for me heehe.
Okay..
Maybe the next one I should try is the roller coaster in Genting?
=)
