We as students always complain we don't have enough time to study or do revision during exam period. Yet, we can't help to keep doing other things while we supposed to study for exams. This is what we call procrastination.. and yea I am one of the procrastination queen.
But now some researchers found a way to cure procrastination..
...which is to forgive yourself!
Hahaha.. I can't help to laugh when I see this research :D
'Forgiveness allows the individual to move past maladaptive behaviour and focus on the upcoming examination without the burden of past acts to hinder studying'.
'By realising that procrastination was a transgression against the self and letting go of negative affect associated with the transgression via self-forgiveness, the student is able to constructively approach studying for the next exam.'
'By realising that procrastination was a transgression against the self and letting go of negative affect associated with the transgression via self-forgiveness, the student is able to constructively approach studying for the next exam.'
So, forgive yourself for procrastinate during this exam period and move on. You will then let go the negative affect and studying harder for the next exam. Hahahaha..
I think I should forgive myself this time, so that I won't get stuck in it next time.
LOL
This can be the most hilarious research I have seen before.
